About Breachwalk Survivor

Your little world is falling apart! You must breach into another dimension, sneak in, and steal their 'World Core' to save your own. The bag you're carrying seems big enough to fit four 'World Cores' and still have room to spare...Breachwalk Survivor is a single-player game with roguelite elements consists of series of small rounds. Gather shards in each round to buy items and survive until you collect enough 'dimensional shards' and 'World cores'.

Starting Tips

  • Before you start playing, take a look at the blueprint and plan out what item combinations you want to use.
  • Be quick! Dropped gems and dimensional shards disappear when time runs out!
  • You don't have to spend all your shards every round. As long as you don't die, you can spend them in the level-up shop in the next round.
  • You get double shards for each 'World Core' you bring back! Try to bring back as many as you can.

Features

  • Survive rounds lasting 30 to 90 seconds each and kill off as many enemies as you can during that time.
  • Collect shards to gain experience to get access to item shops between rounds.
  • After the run, you can buy perks to power you up and unlock blueprints to get new item combinations.

Initial release on early access includes:

  • 1 character with 6 perks
  • 3 end weapons
  • 1 blueprint
  • 1 boss
  • 3 map types
The Full released version will contain more characters, and other features.

✦ AI summary

Players appreciate the developer's frequent updates and potential foundation for something interesting, but the game currently suffers from severe technical and design issues that make it nearly unplayable. Common complaints include a broken UI with overlapping text, lack of tutorials or instructions, unclear item combination mechanics, non-functional blueprint systems, excessive enemy damage and hitbox problems, and missing basic features like gamepad support and equipment management. While some remain hopeful about future improvements, most players recommend avoiding it until major fixes are

I really want to like this game, a lot is lacking right now. No blueprint unlocks even after you discover them in game, I get to the "end" of the circle every time I play, but it is impossible to "win" or "finish" the level, as far as I can tell. Item combinations dont make a lot of sense 80% of the time... I really want this game to succeed, dev seems to be updating sometimes 3 times in a day, so that is 100% why I am leaving a positive review. THERE IS SOMETHING GREAT HERE, I'MA KEEP TRYING TO FIND IT!

Note...I will change review and rebuy this game if things are fixed and it is confirmed that this game is not a scam. The game has no menu options other than sound and language. No instructions, no tutorial, no gamepad support, when hovering over things the screen goes crazy and tweaks out everywhere. The character floats all over the screen as they please. There is no level up page or way to upgrade other than the main menu that says blueprints and upgrades. Except when you go into those meta upgrade type areas...nothing can be done. You end a round when fighting that says you got items and you are supposed to click to close the page but when you do.....only a few items go into your bag. Those items when viewed in your inventory, are gear and weapons etc. But there is no way to equip a single thing in your inventory, no way to use or view skills/abilities, or any level up screen. Though even if there was a leveling up screen or mechanic...it wouldnt matter. That is because there are no other skills, abilities, or weapons to use in the game. Your only way to attack is a slash action. You literally cant do a single thing in this game but walk around hitting stuff and jump…

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel like I would be doing you a disservice not telling you to not waste your time with this one. It's horrendously bad. UI was white text overlapping the white logo, enemies have body blocking and do damage multiple times a second, forget about getting surrounded, if you even touch an enemy they take half of your health. The game claims to be an "inventory manager" but gives you 45 spaces to begin with, so you can put anything wherever you want, removing the need to "manage" your "inventory". Stats have no descriptions and are also abbreviated, so no clear information. Couldn't find a positive thing in my experience. 0/10
