overall great game and potential but need more update bug fix and menu options and after maybe more difficulty because even me who is noob i found no difficulty in the game2 found this helpful
I don't like to be too unfair when critiquing indie games and I usually feel like there's always an audience for every game, even if that audience is small. Rogue Survivors is the exception to that rule. - There are no settings. - There are no passive level-up options, only active weapons. - The arena size is bounded and pretty small. - There is no meta-progression beyond gathering gold to unlock new characters. - The run ends when you level up all four of your weapons. This feels very much like a first-time dev wanted to test their skills on a VS/Brotato hybrid. Once the game was playable, they added some extra character skins called it a day. If this was an "early access" game, I wouldn't even bother with this review because the dev would already be working on updates. But this is a "finished" game. It's not *bad* but I honestly can't recommend this game to anyone. It does nothing well and nothing new. It's a waste of $2. I'll update this review if this game turns out to be in early access and just wasn't labeled that way.1 found this helpful
