There is no story in this game, just a single level where your goal is to survive for as long as possible or make it to a final goal of 15 waves. The only real choice you make at the start is your pistol. You can pick a balanced automatic pistol, one that deals high damage with strong knockback, or a fast firing pistol with ricocheting bullets but low damage. As mentioned, the gameplay is built around waves of enemies. Even though the title includes the word survivor, which usually implies automatic attacks while you focus only on movement, here you have to aim and shoot manually. Another challenge is that the first person view does not give you a full overview of the arena. A red arrow appears whenever an enemy spawns behind you, but this rarely helps. You will often run straight into enemies while trying to escape the ones in front of you. The key to survival is constant movement and baiting enemies into following you in a line so you can take out several at once. It is almost impossible to finish a wave without taking damage since enemies spawn all around you, and the arena is small and packed with obstacles you need to jump over.
