Capper is a pretty simple game at heart, but the Story Mode itches that part of the brain that just wants to do something monotonous for a bit. Old School Runescape did the same thing, and people love it, because number go up. The Auto-flipper option's great for anyone who's dividing attention to multiple things, or has RSI. The bottle-cap designs add a lot to the world-building of the game, encouraging you to imagine what such a drink (or oil) would taste like. I've only just started the Challenge mode, but I can see some places where frustration can arise. Overall, it's a good start, though I think some quality of life changes could make it shine: - A lot of the Trinkets are color or category-based for trigger conditions, so having a way to see what categories a given bottle cap meets at a glance could help, especially for someone who's colorblind - A few of the trinkets are better if they can be re-arranged, though it doesn't look like you can place them in more spots than the number you've locked (i.e. you can't move a Trinket to the bottom left whenever, they must swap with another existing trinket). I'm a big fan of this game as someone who has played similar games - I'm looking forward to playing more over time. I really appreciate the understated bits of humor the developer has thrown in, and they regularly make me smile while playing. There are some small bits of tutorialization that could be improved on (though this may have changed since I last played, I suspect it may have) but overall it was an enjoyable, perhaps a little rhythmic and hypnotic, experience.2 found this helpful

Although writing this before taking on the challenge mode, I had a good time playing this game. The music was both tranquil and helped with keeping focus, I enjoyed seeing the trail of the cap flipping, and the variety of styles with the caps is definitely appreciated. The commentary on the side while going through the story mode was also charming though I understand why it stopped where it did. Looking forward to trying the challenge mode when I have time for it.1 found this helpful

Not as much fun as I was expecting from the demo. The story mode had not been improved/expanded and the challenge mode was a combination of too hard, too random and too pointless.
