"Cobos" is more of a barebones tech demo than anything else... it's an almost certainly asset flipped Unreal project, dumped on Steam in a barely working state and then abandoned, polluting the store and providing nothing of value to anyone. All you do is shoot waves of enemies in a basic asset flipped environment. The developers abandoned this 7 years and 2 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. It's free for now, but the developer intends to charge for this if it ever leaves Early Access... but considering the poor public reception, it's likely this will not be one of the 25% of games that ever gets finished and leaves Early Access. Cobos is really basic game. And it does not mean it's bad, because of being basic. Unfortunately, game is Early Access from 2017. Does not get updates, will not be improved. Game's interface is very basic - and that makes me think, level design cannot be good. And it's hard to tell. While game runs smoothly and has nice animations, they are quirky. Especially, when they reveal that protagonist does not have waist. There is empty space, which for most of the time is covered by coat. Game is needlessly hard. And follows basic principle of "arena wave shooter"

Рекомендую всем, кто ищет игру, которая может бросить вызов вашему интеллекту и подарить часы увлекательного времяпрепровождения. Отличная альтернатива казуальным играм, требующая сосредоточенности.
