About Cog Foo
Cog Foo is a builder–automation–action game that blends factory management, modular warfare, and industrial strategy.
Build factories to manufacture everything from machine parts to colossal modular tanks, then deploy your creations in battles to claim land, rescue survivors, and expand your industrial network.🔧 Build & AutomateDesign efficient production chains that transform raw resources into advanced components.
Set up conveyor belts, highlines, and machines to keep your factory running smoothly — every bullet, engine, and armor plate comes from your own production lines.
The more your systems automate, the more your survivors can focus on research, logistics, and building new facilities.🚜 Manage SurvivorsGather survivors and put them to work in your growing colony. Keep them fed to maintain peak productivity — a well-fed workforce performs better, speeding up production and research across your colony.
As automation expands, shift your people from manual labor to research and infrastructure to accelerate your industrial growth.🛠️ Command Modular and Support TanksDesign and assemble modular tanks to lead your battles, backed by traditional support tanks you produce in your factories.
Your strategic choices — what to build, when to deploy, and how to prepare — define your readiness and directly influence battle outcomes.⚔️ Fight on Your TermsIn Cog Foo, you control the pace of conflict. Build and optimize your base without pressure — battles only begin when you decide to engage. When you’re ready, unleash your machines to secure new territories, earn XP, and rescue more survivors for your cause.🌍 Discover & ProgressVenture beyond your base to unlock new sectors filled with resources and missions that drive your growth.
Each victory expands your industrial reach, granting access to more space, technology, and production potential.
Water is scarce, land is valuable — every decision counts in your rise to dominance.Key Features

The game needs a lot of polish but I've not run into any game breaking bugs yet. If you are looking for a polished AAA title then look elsewhere. The concept is cool, but the execution leaves something to be desired. Hoping this one is a diamond in the rough and the dev(s) will continue to improve upon it. Edit: It is with a heavy heart that I have to change this recommendation to a No for now. Basic QoL features like auto save and a confirmation dialogue box before exiting simply don't exist. I've lost all of my campaign progress twice now because of this since the menu cancel button, the exit button, and the save button are right next to one another and if you mis-click it's all gone. I've rage quit this one based on these flaws alone. I WANT to like this game, but I cannot recommend it at this time. I will change this review if I see that these issues have been addressed.16 found this helpful
Oh hell no. This game is not only unfinished, it's a complete disaster. You can't even see all the options, and you can't even see the options from the game. This is a tech demo, at best. certainly not a $20 game. Not even a free itch.io game at this point.7 found this helpful
This is not worth the current price. The tutorial is slow, and boring, and the combat part was click enemy and hope bullets hit...6 found this helpful
It's a good game But the factory building is janky and the area feels like I never have enough room
