Conveyor Belt Sushi Simulator: Prologue is one of those management games that I found surprisingly relaxing once I got into the routine. I get to run my own conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and I liked how many of the small everyday jobs are actually part of the gameplay. Making sushi, serving customers, handling payments and keeping the restaurant clean gives the whole thing a satisfying sense of routine. The sushi preparation is simple but enjoyable. I have to decide what food to put on the belt and make sure I have enough stock available, while ingredient prices can change depending on the daily supply. I liked that because it makes ordering ingredients feel like an actual management decision rather than just clicking a button to refill everything. I also have to keep an eye on what customers are taking so I can keep the restaurant running smoothly. Handling customers is another part I enjoyed. After they finish eating, I need to scan their plates and make sure I charge them properly. Missing plates means losing money, so even the payment process gives me something to pay attention to. Almost 3.5 hours in and I've only had this game for a couple of days. For those who enjoy sushi and love games revolving around running your own restaurant, this is a must have. Besides, right now it is free. As the restaurant owner you will get to craft sushi, order ingredients, cash people out, clean up the leftovers, control a budget, hire and fire people. There is still much that I have yet to experience with this game since I am a gamer who likes to take my time before advancing. But as the page states, it is early access. So there are bugs. The only one I've encountered so far is where the customers who are seated at the table freeze up. It was easily remedied by backing out of my game and logging back in. But so far it has only happened once for me. The game looks like it does need a little TLC but overall I've enjoyed the hours spent. I do hope that the devs give this game a lot of love!
