I was born and raised in the restaurant industry and have worked low end pubs to med-fancy (think The Keg level) places as a cook and to me I've been absolutely addicted to cooking games. I was a major fan of Diner Dash until....whatever the hell it turned into nowadays.. I digress I love this game and it honestly takes me back to my kitchen manager days in the sense that no matter what I do one of my chefs is always a p.o.s. dumbass that wants the day off and screws the kitchen for the nightly service and then is confused and outraged at me because the next day I decided they were cleaning/doing dishes literally all day. I'm gonna be honest I will [b]never[/b] get a certain achievement in the game because I'm realistic and stick to my real-life tactics as a head chef. You want the day off? I'll [i]always[/i] grant that. IRL, too. But you will [i]owe[/i] not me, but your coworkers. You [i]will clean all day long[/i] because they sacrificed for you. Not me. I'm the head chef. Great idea but trying to use the controls to cook and no little time is too frustrating for me. It a good game for someone who likes to be rushed however it's not relaxing to play....especially as a chef where quality is more important that rushing food like a fast chain restaurant.

It not what i expect. The system was very complicated and didn't make me feel like it was that fun.
A cozy game for cooking and creating recipes. You can fail at cooking or elevate your dishes. Some of the food, you can pre-prepare and put on heating but that is up to your exploration because once you "open your restaurant" some of these prep may disappear (annoying but i learn from my mistakes). You can present the dish in your own way. It's a slower game, there is no full-house so far I've played due to the limited service time. Kitchen helpers can help prepare the foods but they can't use the prep ingredients you already have. So they'll need to prep from start to finish. As a perfectionist, I try to get a high rating on each dish. Remembering the recipe steps a bit challenging for me (haha, maybe some of you have better memory). Otherwise it's a really nice game.
I tried avoiding a bunch of the bugs mentioned by other reviewers and still soft locked myself.
