Death Forest Abyss

Don't buy this game, it's a fan made version without the permission of kazz (original creator of death forest) it does a terrible job at capturing the feel of the original game and 9 times out of 10 you just cornered by yoshie in a place where she couldn't go in the original

I personally don't like horror games where an entity chases you for the entirety of the game. While the creepy kid is slow, it forces you to be in constant motion, and becomes extremely frustrating when you reach a dead end and have to figure out a quick solution to kite around him. That being said, I was happy to deal with it until the maze and you get chased by two entities. One being the creepy kid that followed into the entrance, and the dancing emo dude you find deeper in. That's taking the piss and ultimately where I stopped.

Fun remake of the original. Don't know if it's worth 8 bucks, HOWEVER it is still fun and there's a lot of new content to explore. Genuinely hard to beat this because Yoshie always seems to corner me... I was yearning for more Death Forest after watching all 5 movies and this answered my call, so thank you!!! I pray this game gets big enough for merch to start appearing overseas... I'd kill for anything Yoshie-related...

I've been wanting to play Death Forest very badly ever since I've discovered it. Since this is a game where enemies chase you relentlessly, each of their AI needs to be updated, and what I mean by this is: If you're far enough away from them or if you're in a spot where they can't see you, then they'll lose you and the pursuit will end until they can see you again, which depends as it also needs some form of chase music to let the player know if they're being chased. Don't forget to update some of the areas in the game because both the mine-shaft and the Uma Maze need to have additional entrances and exits because I keep dying every time I try to escape as the monsters are always ganging up on you. I also can't find any other items for the Moped and every item need to be relocated so they're easier to find, since I can only find the tire and the spark-plug. I just want to have fun. BUT PLEASE, DEVELOPERS, PLEASE FIX EVERYTHING THAT I LISTED FOR YOU. I'm not trying to be entitled, but I just want to play the game and have fun. Thank You. Don't forget to add checkpoints to this game if you die or quit the game
