I've played before on the Meta Quest. If you’re into table games and prefer stable movement in VR (especially if you’re motion-sensitive like me) Death Game Hotel might be worth checking out. Other than the core table games, death poker and goblet of the reaper, there is a variety of items you can shoot, eat, or smoke during matches or in the lobby with other players. Also a solo-friendly slot room if you're into light gambling. Compared to other VR casino-style games like Vegas Infinite, this one has it's own unique concept and has a more low-key, less crowded feel.1 found this helpful
Death Game Hotel, a White Owls® game is a free to play VR gambling game. It worked on my Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Can play poker or slot machines. This game was ported from Oculus. Has Pvp. Maybe try this game for free, if you like gambling.
cool game but dead
It is now almost two months after the game's PC release. Wanted to like this, but it's difficult. No onboarding, the 2-player variant of one of the game's two game modes is locked behind a no-novices gate for what I hope is a good reason, and the tracking is still bad even after an update kept it from getting [i]worse[/i]. When I loaded into a game of Death Poker, for some reason I was seated one foot from the right of my chair. Perhaps the game was treating the center of my standing play space as where I should have been sitting? I don't know. After frantically searching for something that would tell me the controls, I found a page in the game's tablet that showed me controls... for the Oculus. Features like opening the menu without using the watch and resetting my position (which would have been really helpful) appear to have not been mapped to any existing buttons on the Index. The only function available other than "grab" and "use" was opening the cheat menu, which is the absolute bare minimum required to actually be able to play the game.
