I know there are a lot of good games that go unnoticed on Steam (and some that sell a lot for reasons I will never know) but it is a same when something like Depth Of Mind, which is made by a solo developer goes unnoticed. It is a good game at a good price and if you do not mind the heavy themes it is worth picking up. Depth of Mind is a roguelite RPG turn based game where the run is through the mind of a depressed man. The game is more of jrpg turn based party building game than it is a deckbuilder. You do get relics that effect everyone on your team, but you mostly you are focusing on adding chips to team members or giving them new actions, which is basically a new move. You can also get more members as you progress in your run, with their own moves and stats. The gameplay consists of picking an action with each of your team members and then ending your turn. Your team will always go first before the opponent does. They will perform their actions left to right …

Saw a cool looking game that just released and didn't have many reviews, so I figured I'd give it a go. As of writing I haven't gotten all achievements, but I THINK I've beaten all Acts of the game. Including "Remembering Something Important". So I'm pretty certain I can confirm that this game is extremely well done. Mechanics are challenging, but fun and extremely interesting to build once you've gotten the hang of them. Any time I'd think I was steamrolling a run, I'd get quite humbled by an unexpected counter enemy. The game makes an effort to theme all enemies around mental disorders which is a neat way of guessing how the opponent will actually fight you. There's also a lot of D&D references with the players units which is quite charming to see. Overall, I super recommend. If the game looks up your alley, it probably is.

I really love all the 3d room stuff. Also the game is pretty balanced, even if you got an op build going, you can still die pretty easily if not careful

I liked it, it made more sense than the demo, the story became clearer, and now everything comes together as a complete game. The character isn't just there anymore, your actions actually affect the surroundings in the room and the character himself
