Dialogue Box: The Road Less Traveled

I have never left a review of a game before, however I start this knowing and hoping very few people will read it. Not to wax poetically but this game is a bit like life. As I was playing and trying to get up that stupid stair case. I realized sometimes just like in life, we can sometimes only see things from one perspective. It would make things so much simpler if we could just "move the camera" but I think that is the joy of this game, and life. just like in the game sometimes you don't know where that button press will take you. It can either take you to exactly where you want to go, or maybe you will find a present in a chimney. I didn't play much of this game, and quit frankly don't think my heart could take anymore. I just wanted to leave this here for the next person. Maybe someone who thinks to themselves "this game is to hard" or "I want to move the camera" I want to ask you to ask yourself why you want to move the camera, to see where your going? possibly to make it a cake walk of a game? and then I want you to let that go, let the want, the need for control, let it go, and just press the next button. It may not take you where you want to go but hey maybe it will take you…

very fun mechanic to learn getting the normal finish took me 1 hour and I was genuinely hooked until the end. if you into this type of game I would highly recommend it

Was watching Ludwigs video from a month ago and saw he failed MISERABLY trying to play this game, so I decided to play it. It was quite easy to figure out the mechanics and I enjoyed it. It would be nice to have a separate camera control but not having it was a fun challenge. All in all, I would have payed money for this 7.8/10 :)

Cool little game. Sadly didn't finish it cause the game just stopped giving me achivements and I am pretty sure the dog got bugged cause there was no way for me to enter the house and the dog was nowhere to be seen. Recommended tho, cool to learn your little movement techniques

I will have to agree with Ludwig. The game is 1 mechanic away from being good - The camera rotation. Its nice for speedruning or for streamers because its easy to rage here.

This game made me feel the worst i ever felt, but after i finished i now know, my work isnt as bad.
