A simple puzzle game (essentially nonograms) that quickly becomes more and more challenging with the introduction of new mechanics. There are optional hints so this way both people that like to figure out everything from scratch and more casual players can still enjoy the harder puzzles. I think daily challenges or infinitely generating random levels could be a great addition.

As is often the case with puzzle games, it starts simple but becomes trickier the further you go. The core mechanic revolves around clicking tiles on a grid and matching them according to specific rules. These rules appear as numbers along the top and sides of the grid, similar to a nonogram. The numbers indicate how many dots must appear in each row or column, and you create dots by clicking tiles. When a rule is satisfied, its number turns green, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the tile placement is correct, because all rules must align for the puzzle to be solved. The challenge comes from the number of dots you’re allowed to place. You can’t always draw one, two, three, and so on; each puzzle restricts your options. You might be limited to only two and four dots, or only one. One feature that feels missing is the ability to remove blank tiles, which would make it easier to focus on tiles that actually contain dots. The game includes six rooms plus a bonus room, each containing 30 puzzles. You don’t need to complete every puzzle in a room to unlock the next one, but the game doesn’t tell you when this happens, and you only find out by returning to the stage select screen to c…

Reasonable idea, but doesn't quite work. This game desperately needs a way to write out possibilities and helpful deductions.. A simple drawing mechanism that you can erase would work. And somehow the solving quickly becomes a chore instead of fun.

Fun and relaxing puzzle game. Looks like a nonogram puzzle like picross at first but the mechanics get very different. Later levels keep introducing new mechanics so it doesn't get stale quickly!

Fun and engaging puzzle game with relaxing music. The fact there are multiple solutions to the same puzzle makes it more approachable and open-ended. Even if you can't find a solution immediately, you can always tap Dotu, and it gives you a hint!
