"Drone Academy" is a poorly made "Drone pilot simulator" from Russia, the idea is that you learn how to control a remote-control quadcopter camera drone. The game is set on an alien planet, and this tells us that Russian scientists have made the breakthrough discovery that alien planets are made out of asset flipped Unity assets. What do you do in the game? Fly a quadcopter around badly mismatched Unity Asset Store asset packs. There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just …4 found this helpful
