Customize your walls and floors, decorate with posters and memorabilia and expand your layout to build the video store of your dreams. Fill your shelves with thousands of unique VHS tapes, each with their own title, genre and hand-drawn cover art! Order movies on your old PC or buy exclusive bootleg films from the shady Tape Dealer. Each week will have new releases inspired by real iconic movies of the 80s and early 90s. Additional Game Features:
- Build Your Dream Team: Hire staff to give you a hand on daily tasks to run your store.
- Manage Your Returns: Add returned movies in the system, rewind tapes and set aside reserved movies for your customers.

Players praise the game's unique approach to management sims, particularly its custom-made NPCs and nostalgic 1990s atmosphere that sets it apart from typical asset-flip titles. However, many feel the $20 price point is unjustified given the relatively sparse content, though the game's appeal is significantly enhanced by its active modding community that allows for extensive customization.
Retro Rewind is a very relaxed experience where there are no real loss condition. One of my favorite parts of the game is all the crazy names for the different movies as well as all the movie references. All in all, if you just want to relax while running a video store and see strange names I recommend this. Looking forward to the video game rental update!

A flashback to the '90s! A pretty solid video sim focused on running your own retro video store! If you love anything to do with the '90s or Blockbuster Store's, then this is the game for you! The game play is pretty chill and easy! You spend a lot of time stocking/buying up tons of videos, shelves, equipment and decor. Helping out customers with their requests is an another big game play element. It starts off a bit hard cause you don't have any staff. However, it gets a lot easier when you do eventually hire your two staff. Story is minimal. A few rotating holiday/Event days that's it. The visual's were really nice and worked well for the game's setting and atmosphere! The audio was nice and chill! It did not seem out of place. As for playability, the controls and UI were simple to learn and use. Overall: I had a blast playing it and I'm looking forward to more future content from the Devs!
Good Simulator:) Addictive like House-Flipper! I recommend.
This game is so easy to lose time in, it's quickly become my favorite way to destress after work!
