About DungeonRift
Join Sir Bucket and his friends in their peaceful journey through DungeonRift!
Kill everybody on the level, grab the loot and move to the portal. But what's that? Monsters are following you! And they're becoming stronger and smarter! And the dungeon itself transforms into a darker, crippier and more dangerous place! How long will Sir Bucket survive?
Monsters are persons too!
Monsters are leveling instead of the player. Each enemy in DungeonRift has its own perks and abilities that they learn randomly, creating surprising and dangerous combinations. Every run won't be the same - different monsters choosing random perks will force Sir Bucket to adapt his strategy every time.

In the past...
DungeonRift was born as concept-project for a contest and rapidly became our obsession. We were very happy to see people playing our alpha-version and that's why we've decided to turn our last free version into a complete and polished product. That's what we've called the demoversion - you can download it right now and get the feel of DungeonRift. Most of the aforementioned features are there - you could decide for yourself, to support our project or not, carefree.
In the future...
We're planning to fill DungeonRift with content and new features in upcoming months.
Content-wise - updates with weapons, characters, monsters, perks and locations planned to be frequent and regular.
Feature-wise - we are very excited to add local-coop to our game and to make monsters' proficiency-system which will make them choose one of the two evolutions paths in mid-game therefore making the gameplay even more unpredictable and interesting.
There is much much more we've planned in the future, but we don't want you to bet on our promises - check the demo and join the early access if you are interested in where it's going.
Supersecret PolandRift game mode!
In this game mode you take control of Poland Ball and guide him through endless dungeons on his way into Space. But there is a lot of other countries, starving for his soul... And oil. Does Poland have oil? Never mind...

Abandonware that shouldn't still be listed for sale.2 found this helpful
This is an abandoned early access 2D top down twin stick brawler with a "roguelite/dungeon" theme. Entities in game are "chibi" style, that is, just a face/helmet and a weapon that swings around, in line with the very basic twin stick combat style. The best that can be said about this is that the control works and it even works with 4K graphics. There's no content, they tried to use procgen as a subsitute, that failed. Gameplay is terrible and unimaginative. There's no real motivation to ply this. The developers torched their goodwill by keeping the game in perpetual EA, but then also selling it as a completed game in shovelware game bundles, to get paid for a game they didn't finish. That should tell you everything you need to know about this "game" and why you shouldn't buy it.2 found this helpful
Rinse and repeat concept. You will die a lot, so it's kind off a poor mans dark souls. If you have nothing else better to play, or if you're doing this as a "play a bad game" challenge, I wouldn't recommend it. After killing all the enemies on one floor, and looting 1 chest for an item, you can proceed to the next floor; enemies get stronger with each floor, and you just pointlessly gather experience points, no skill progression whatsoever.2 found this helpful
haven't played for that long but i love it also polandball mode is just amazing
I got this game for free in a loot box thing, an interesting game
In all honesty, I was about ready to quit about 7 minutes in. The game looks, plays, and sounds like a flash game you'd see on newgrounds. However I kept pushing myself to at least beat 10 levels before I say anything about the game. Thus began the surprisingly pleasant experience of playing this. I have played this for 20 minutes and that may not sound like a lot. However in context of this game, 20 minutes is a godly amount of time to play it. I'll put this review into 3 parts. What was good, what sucked, and my final thoughts. Skip to the bottom if you just want my final opinion What was good? The game played extremely well. Although there were other oddities, the game actually controls extremely well which makes the combat actually quite fun. You're given a series of crappy weapons which break down over time which means looting is necessary to actually progressing. However, weapons will break and still be usable until you find a new one, but have reduced range. Enemies will attack you and nearly 100% of the time hit you if you're close to them, but you can't hit anything if you're too far away. This means you're constantly moving around (and kiting) enemies while fighting th…
