About Homura Hime

Story

Welcome to a world where humans and demons coexist. Souls harboring strong emotions and deep regrets at their time of death are transformed into archdemons. Archdemons have the power to corrupt the foundation of the world and contaminate their surroundings. Creatures tainted by this demonic power turn into lowly monsters that operate solely on raw instinct.
Faced with the threat to the world posed by five extremely powerful demon girls, the High Priestess is forced to dispatch Homura Hime—the "Flame Princess" and the strongest exorcist of them all—and her aide, Ann, who are now entrusted with the divine mission of purifying the world and defeating all demons.

Game Features

  • Immerse yourself in exhilarating and intense combo attack action
  • Survive challenging and beautiful 3D bullet hell attacks
  • Defeat archdemon girls to unlock special weapons and equipment
  • Take down the demons and reveal the truth about this world

It’s cool, the combat is really good…. WHEN YOU GET TO PLAY IT! This game has what I’m gonna call “modern game syndrome” where it stops you for every little thing or explains every little thing. Mission 1 you spawn in to the level and there’s a path forward that’s a paved road with fence on either side and nowhere else to go, then your little helpful marketable mascot sidekick explains the guide mechanic where you follow a floating symbol showing you where to go when there is, in fact, literally only a single way to go It’s not like it’s a nonlinear game or something it’s pretty obvious the whole way through and at the end you reach the end of the path and your cute little epic helper buddy girl says “wow now I think we have to interact with the thing at the end of the path” and if you dare try to look around slightly she will repeat the same line out loud every 10 seconds Mission 2 pissed me off pretty bad ngl >mission opens >dialogue >take two steps forward towards someone >dialogue >go into cave to find item needed for progression >cutscene >walk forward fight literally a single basic enemy then walk into room >dialogue from one npc literally telling you to go talk to anothe…

Originally a 10/10, then Dio Brando from the hit manga 'Jojo's Bizarre Adventures' appeared. 11/10

Very Enjoyable, Combat is very crisp. Boss fights are a big highlight.

An OKAY action games which heavily relies on parry mechanics. The story is cute and funny, but I think some of the mission overstay their welcome. Although the enemy varied enough, by the 2/3 of the game I just brute force through the game since it just recycle same model but different colour. For the gameplay, the boss fight is the best part since each bosses have their own rythme for parries (except last boss since you need to parry like 10 times but can only hit back like 2 times). The mob is interesting in the beginning but by the end it become a slog. As for the exploration, sometimes you also need to parry for the spiky obstacle. If its like 1 or 2 is okay, but if there are a lot of them you need to parry, some of them won't even register and you will take damage from it. Still recomended but not perfect.
