"dWARf" is a failed attempt to make a top down action "party game" (because the developer couldn't work out how to do netcode properly and make this an online PvP game). The reception from gamers was dismal, unless you like the sound of crickets. What do you do in the game? There's a variety of action minigames and the production values are surprisingly unterrible for an amateur game... while perhaps I joked about the netcode thing, it could be true... inaccessibility is one possible explanation for the failure here. I've seen worse games do better by having online game modes. Of course, most PvP games fail anyway, because competition is intense. Is this better than PUBG or Stumbleguys? Nope. The graphics in this game are really quite good, which at least makes the game look more appealing. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. On the matter of pricing and value for gamers, most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's often nasty mob…
