Hard to recommend this one. A Battlefield inspired FPS with Touhou characters. A lot of gun customization. Nice models of chars and guns. But this is kinda where the praise ends. The dev seems to have revamped the game recently, removing a ton of good content, esp from singleplayer. But instead added multiplayer and some maps? And ryona elements, i guess? The current version, as i played it, feels very stale. The maps are big and you HAVE TO run and backtrack a lot, it's tiring. There are bus stops here and there, but they only teleport you to super specific places, despe there being much more of them? This sucked. 60% of the singleplayer campaign was spent on running back and forth from mission to mission on empty maps. Compare that to the previous build - the SP campaign has VEHICLES. YES, you have a car to ride around the maps. This felt much better, even if the maps are linear most of the time. I'm so tired of walking. The old version also has: actual Third Person View support with aiming and being able to rotate the camera and attachment models (current version just has the camera glued behind you and the guns are just base models), BULLET TIME, MUCH better weapon recoil (…3 found this helpful
It's a fun game that still needs lots of work to be a complete experience. Also enemies pee themselves when you kill them, don't ask me why.2 found this helpful
E.E.R.I.E2, developed and published by Ureasoft, is an indie third-person tactical shooter that blends modern military weaponry with a stylized fantasy setting. Positioned as a hybrid between grounded firearms realism and anime-inspired worldbuilding, the game attempts to carve out its own identity within the crowded shooter genre. Rather than focusing solely on cinematic spectacle or hyper-competitive gameplay, it offers a mixture of open-ended mission design, customizable weapon systems, and both cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes. At its core, E.E.R.I.E2 is built around detailed firearm mechanics. Weapons are modeled with visible parts, realistic reload animations, and a range of attachment options that allow players to customize performance. Scopes, under-barrel attachments, explosive launchers, and other modifications provide flexibility in combat approach. This attention to weapon detail is one of the game’s strongest features, as it gives players a sense of control over their loadout and encourages experimentation. Whether engaging enemies from a distance with a precision rifle or navigating close quarters with heavier firepower, the shooting mechanics aim to fee…2 found this helpful

I haven't seen this amount of gun autism in a game since Ghost Recon Future Soldier. The concept is quite solid but its a bit hard for gwaloes to wrap their head around. I can't really seem to figure out how to play single player since there's no tutorial but I won't refund it to support the devs since they clearly put alot of work into this. But like many games with extreme amount of detail for niche things that make AAA devs look like chimps on a keyboard there are of course some.... odd design choices lets say with weirdly realistic incontinence of dead people and their shoes always falling off to show feet. Like I get the selling shoes bit as a dark humor of the military industrial complex making money off death and historical callback but...
