Espire 1: VR Operative

Please don't let the mixed reviews dissuade you, Espire 1 had a rough launch trying to support all available platforms at once, which didn't work out well (and is also why Espire 2 started out as a Quest exclusive, focusing on the most popular platform first and porting everywhere else once the game was fully polished, although the devs currently lack the resources to do the porting work to PC sadly). The PC version of Espire 1 was also abandoned for about a year, but LODE have since updated the PC version to bring it in line with other platforms and have remained committed to keeping it that way and supporting as many headsets as possible. It's very clear that Espire 1 is anything but abandoned, and that the devs listen to and implement player feedback. Espire 1 offers a very fun stealth experience, the atmosphere and music is excellent. The Espire Control Theater is a really cool way to combat motion sickness, and is even woven into the game's story (you play as the remote pilot of an advanced military telepresence robot), which I always thought was super creative. Espire 1 regularly goes on sale for under $5 and it's absolutely worth trying out at that price.

I suggest not buying this game for the full price,it aint worth it, but to give credit where it deserves,I like the way the ai works and when they surrender,the climbing too,but the story,movement and guns Feel unfinished I did spend only half of hour on this game and it gives a bad first look,Btw it aint montion sickness friendly so careful

When this game first released on PSVR1 it was my most anticipated game of that year. I do not remember if I finished it on PSVR1 (probably not), but I remember being very disappointed by the quality back then. After several years, I tried it again on PC to see if and how the game evolved. The technical implementation on PC is better, but the game design and level design issues are the same. Said shortly the game is boring for me. The main issues for me: - The level design is just bad, I do not want to say it is haphazardly put together, but it is close to it. The overall architecture of the places feels very unrealistic, like nobody would build places like that. - The AI is really dumb and not fun to engage with. - The game encourages non violent approach and similar to MGS it allows you to play undetected and without killing anyone. Unlike MGS, it is really boring and slow. Killing all enemies and destroying all cameras and turrets is still not very fun, but at least it is faster which makes it slightly less boring. - The constant chatter of the enemies and your friends on the radio is just annoying especially when the game tells you obvious stuff, like "you are taking dama…
