A fisherman trapped in dangerous waves is flipped over into the deep dark ocean. When he wakes up, he must find his cat “Chips”. Take up the challenge, swing through the levels, and save your friend! But be aware, a single fall can lead a long way back!
Fish 'N' Chips is a quick adventure game. The controls are very simple. Only jump and swing! However, with many layers to master, every death becomes a lesson. The soulsborne of grappling hook games (it's not actually that hard).

So... Two issues with this game: 1. The precision required to make some of these jumps, especially in the later half of the game, is pretty obnoxious to deal with at times, and all because it's far too easy to let yourself loose onto some spikes when letting go of your ropes due to the detaching being instantaneous, and thus, if you didn't directly and correctly judge the timing near, if not directly perfectly, you're going to be constantly sent back to the last checkpoint often. 2. The camera in this game, also known as the visibility of the platforming, is so awfully close to you in this game that it leads practically EVERY bit of platforming in this game, even the non-rope usage of platforming, to be a constant annoyance of blind jumps and swings that, due to the precision of swinging and detaching, can easily combo up to making this game overly brutal, even if the game is mercifully short. Overall, the difficulty of this game ends up being pretty cheap and artificial in the end. Doesn't mean that I wouldn't recommend that you at least TRY the game, just be cautious about the poor design, or of course, steer clear of this shipwreck.2 found this helpful

What a great and fun game, well made with great sound track and visuals reminiscent of the NES age. Visually and musically it reminded me of the Angry Video Game Nerd video game which is a great thing. On top of all this it is also free.1 found this helpful
Great swinging and platforming mechanics, really responsive, very intuitive. Good level design, great backgrounds, and animations. Pleasant to look at, good artwork. Short and cute story. 8/10 for a free game, nothing special but it's a fast completion so give it a try.
