As far as Eurojank clones of the first [i]Far Cry[/i] go, this is no [i]Pirate Hunter[/i] (which seriously rocks, go check that out) but if you can tolerate the occasionally herculean effort it takes just to get this game running it is actually worthwhile, especially since it's free. The game's first impression is not good and I was pleasantly surprised how much better it gets after that first level or two. You start out in some kind of drug boat with an AK47, your team is there to raid the operation and naturally they meet unexpected opposition on what's supposed to be a "routine" operation. That first level is [i]rough[/i]. The AK47 is [i]stiff[/i] and does not feel good to shoot whatsoever. Aiming is a little clunky at first but after messing with the mouse sensitivity I got it dialed into something acceptable. You have several "comrades" with you in that first level, but none of them actually move or say anything. At that point I was thinking "if the enemies are actually capable of [i]walking[/i] this game will have exceeded my expectations and surprisingly they do!
