Fantastic artwork, good story, well handled tough topics, enjoyable scenarios, and good replay-ability

I like the art and the style. The gameplay? Not so much. I think its using the visual novel engine thing to do the card battle stuff but it comes off a bit janky. It's serviceable for what its worth but I think they should do something about the transition between turns. Writing style wise? I enjoyed it but it feels too flowery in some instances. There are good descriptions of what's happening in the scene but some of them are way too long and takes up to like 3 pages long. This is, of course, very subjective and I do appreciate the effort. And I get it, the characters are in their 20s in the modern age where they all talk "like that". But it seems that everyone talks like that. When everyone talks like that, none of the characters stand out. Lastly, the main character herself tends to be contradictory. She seemed socially awkward at first but then have the confidence to confront stalkers or even go to a therapy session without extreme pressure. She also feels dispossessed of emotions at times but when confronted with a life threatening situation, she immediately stepped up to the challenge without batting an eye. very undercooked as of v0.6. runs in renpy, so the game feels like it's just barely hanging on to dear life, though I'd say it's still pretty impressive. some of the animated CGs run like ♥♥♥♥ on the crummy deck APU (with complimentary maximum cpu load, which makes the fans go MENTAL). some of the card-related mechanics are very unpleasant at 720p (the game doesn't really scale to 16:10 properly, which is expected of a vn) despite the slimness that comes with being an early access title, this turned out to be one of the better hgames on steam
