I think the real horror is the inability to reset the game. I went through, happy as a clam, collecting the coins as instructed, survived whatever the anomaly was because I had all 4 coins, hiding in the dryer, cracked out of my mind because laundry is so droll, I am hallucinating the problem. Like, why else is whoever this is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ calm and unbothered by the creepy eepy? True ending. Credits roll. This implies the existence of a not so true one. A bad ending if you will. So I set about how one might do so in the typical, usual fashion. This game doesn't have cloud saves so nothing to turn off. The save files are all on your computer. Great. This will be easy. Uninstall. Reinstall. Start a new game- continue? There's a continue? ... There sure as ♥♥♥♥ shouldn't be a continue! Uninstall, SCOUR file locations for the typical usual hidey holes Steam games like to lurk in to make a true reset difficult. Trust me when I say this, I looked in every nook and cranny and there was nothing ANYWHERE. So, I deleted it the idiot way. I found the location of the entire game, and deleted it.
