I can't recommend this game to anybody. I honestly can't ... Golden Dungeons has some of the most sticky controls, to the point where you can't even jump on the blocks that you land on if they move. somehow, the devs didn't program the character to do this, so you're already doomed the second those dropping blocks move. The jump heights are also on a fixed distance, too, so there's no such thing as 'light' or 'half' jumps that normal, functioning plat-formers have which allows you to dodge moving obstacles. The music isn't bad, but that's prob the only decent thing in this game. Graphics are 2D and simplistic, with blocky walls and floors, and a foggy effect in the BG. There's not much more to comment on that. The achievements, is just 40+ of them being spammed from just playing and the rest are actually game-play related. The funny part, also, is that 3 supposed DLC achievements don't actually require you to purchase the DLC - check the Steam guide and you will see! In conclusion, don't play nor even pay for this game.

Golden Dungeons, developed by GD Studio and published by AFBIK Studio, is a minimalist precision platformer that builds its entire experience around tight movement, unforgiving obstacles, and repeated trial-and-error. It strips away nearly all complexity in favor of a pure, skill-based challenge, presenting players with a series of dungeon-like levels where survival depends entirely on timing, control, and persistence. The gameplay is as straightforward as it gets. Players guide a small character through narrow passages filled with spikes, traps, and other hazards, aiming to reach the end of each level without dying. There are no additional mechanics layered on top—no upgrades, no abilities to unlock, and no alternative playstyles. Everything revolves around movement and reaction. This simplicity makes the game immediately accessible, but it also places a heavy burden on level design and difficulty to keep the experience engaging. Difficulty is the defining characteristic of Golden Dungeons. The game demands precise inputs and quick reactions, often requiring players to memorize obstacle patterns and execute near-perfect jumps. Failure is frequent and expected, with many sections…

I will be just another guy saying the same thing as everyone else, but this game isn't fun...it's just frustrating. The player's hitbox is completely unfair. You'll die many times just to get used to it, but the only reason I bought this game was for the achievements, and that's the only good thing this game has to offer. If you wanna a good plataform game, this is not for you, if you wanna good achievements for your profile go ahead and buy it. Good points: Cool Achievments | Cheap Bad Points: Level Designs | Isn't fun | Unfair

Do you want a game with a ton of achievements you can put in your steam achievement showcase? This game may be for you. If you want a polished but simple platforming experience that is easy to pick up and play however, you should definitely look elsewhere. When you first open the game you are flooded with notifications for most of the achievements this game has to offer, and honestly you should just exit the game right here. Looking past that you're greeted with some pretty boring title music that becomes egregiously repetitive after about 20 seconds. The menu itself is super barren and there isn't much beyond your usual new/load game, settings, and quit buttons. Were you hoping for any type of adjustability in your experience? It is not here, the settings only lets you change the game from full-screen to windowed or disable the music, that's it. Nothing to remap controls, nothing to select an alternate resolution, no way to just lower the volume of the music or other sounds. It's a joke. Getting into the my brief period of gameplay, I was immediately greeted with extremely stiff controls that are NOT fun to use, your character has zero momentum or air maneuverability, the crampe…
