About Guild & Gals
Build and manage an adventurer's guild by hiring quirky mercenaries, completing missions from mundane tasks to kingdom-threatening dangers, and watching your reputation grow. Romance, personality-driven characters, and escalating stakes make this management sim stand out as your ragtag band of heroes becomes legendary.
From the humblest beginnings
As your Guild is freshly made, at first you'll find only the most mundane missions such as discovering missing lunches but you'll soon earn prestige and glory for the Guild, thus allowing you to protect important shipments, defeat monsters that are attacking miners and even more dangerous threats that threaten the entire kingdom.
As your Guild grows, so does the amount of heroes and mercenaries that you can hire as you learn about their personalities and quirks, maybe even finding romance on your way...

What Steam players say

Players praise the game's appealing art style and character designs, along with the unique mercenary hiring system that creates strategic variety, though the gameplay itself is relatively simple for an RPG Maker title. The main complaints center on excessive grinding—particularly due to low gold rewards and the need to rehire mercenaries after each main quest—poor UI design like the unsorted equipment store, and the absence of promised R18 content that was originally planned; some players feel the game plays more like a mobile gacha title than a full PC experience and use the optional DLC or a
A halfbaked game released in a panic when steam was being iffy with nsfw games cuz of payment processors. The game was supposed to be a real eroge, but till this day all we get are more jpeg DLCs and still no sign of the R18 content that was supposed to be in it.4 found this helpful
RPG maker game that has a big grind if you don't use the founders addition DLC where you can get gold. Not sure if it was suppose to stop at a one time redeem but thankfully you can constantly use it. - Kinda seems like the creator didn't think about the mission rewards cause you don't get gold at all for a good bit. - Interesting art and characters. But dulls interest with the grind, and lack of CGs for characters. Thankfully there is an auto battle feature.4 found this helpful
Honestly the visuals are on point, and the price is right for what you get, this should be a mobile game. Not a PC game and maybe it is a mobile game. Butt I have no facts, i wish I had more control and I wish there was more porn. but naaaaah. But as a 45 year old man, there is not enough interaction with control I am not cool with, the grapchics and art are cool, butt there is 0 gameplay with this game, itt's a mobile game on pc and boring!!4 found this helpful
So after making it to guild rank 5 I have gotten the gist of the game. Yes it is a bit grindy, especially before you level up your guild and get hiring costs permanently lowered. It is clear it's supposed to be a grind though because you can keep your party forever if you just replay missions (unless they get knocked out). Yet complete 1 main mission and you have to rehire everyone again regardless of if they got KO'd or not. Another thing to watch out for is not every mission gives money. I have noticed replaying boss fights gives nothing besides XP so don't waste your time there if you are trying to get money. Almost forgot to mention one huge negative, browsing the store feels terrible. You have to just keep scrolling and scrolling. There are no weapon categories to divide it all up. God help you if you need to buy a bow. You'll be scrolling until tomorrow. Has lots of character classes so it feels pretty diverse. Plenty of equipment to buy as well. I do think the worst part of the grind is getting skills. 2500 per skill feels pretty rough when you're trying to divide your money between hiring and buying weapons/armor too. The character art is pretty great. The game description…3 found this helpful
im nearing the end and i have to say that I thoroughly enjoy this game. If you are a huge booba and futa enjoyer, like me, you will love the art style. however, these are for now just still images, and no H scenes yet. the gameplay is refreshing for an rpg maker and engaging. the premise is simple, you have to hire mercenaries and with them fulfill quests. you have to supply them with armor and weapons too. What makes this interesting is that after each successful main quest, their job is done and you have to re-hire them. They keep the equipment so next time you hire them, they still have the equipment you gave. There are around 20 mercenaries you can hire, and "create" your own. this makes for interesting combinations and an array of choice how you want to do your quests. Of course, to make sure you have enough money to re-hire, you can revisit quests to farm gold and there are challenges and side quests. the side quests are for now just 2 different fights where enemies scale and is quite tough, but you get a lot of exp. The challenge is just options to make your quests harder, with the addition of a gold and exp multiplier. huge QOL thing here, so you can make your farming…2 found this helpful
the game has a good art still and for the moment the combat is ok, but i do hope it keep getting updated. there a lot of aspects that need to be changed 1- have the option to have a manual combat on or off ( if i did not see my bad) 2- have gold drop in bigger sums the current rate is far to low 3- if you have lover with a character then they should be zero gold for recruitment or do not have the recruitment open after each main quest and only when there are new ones to recruit. 4-have tabs in the store that let you sort for the equipment 5- have back art of the characters that are fight would be nice as well that should be all. i know it did not come with 18 plus content and know it will be added soon/ in the future and i hope for the best with this game.1 found this helpful
