However, many feel the gameplay is too luck-dependent with insufficient player agency, wishing for more interactive mechanics like abilities or strategic items to use during rounds rather than relying mainly on dice rolls and shop decisions. The permanent upgrade system is appreciated for rewarding losses but can feel grindy, and opinions vary on the music and some filler upgrades.
Has potential, but not worth it yet. The game has some potential but the lack of interactiveness during the main gameplay and feels a bit like each round is nothing but a roll of the dice. If we at least had some abilities or items to use then it would be a cool. ie: being able to rotate 90 degrees, or a 5 second shield or temporary "spiked on all sides" or something like that. I will be happy to update the review at a later point to reflect any updates.1 found this helpful

Simple good rogue like game, fast rounds. Cool retro visuals. I like the jokes in the item descriptions.
It's a simple game that makes you think: "I'll get bored of this quickly", but has the enough complexity to keep you playing over and over.
Lovely quirky little game. The idea is hilarious, and while the gameplay is mostly random, there's some amount of strategic depth to it. Great to waste five minutes on, which unexpectedly turn into an hour.
