Loved the game, first time on a rhythm game, absolutely loved the first stage. I got my ass beat by the second one though... I think the scaling on the difficulty is a bit too high- but nothing crazy. I loved defeating the president. Props to the dude(s) who made the music. :P1 found this helpful
pretty good
I love the art and the music. Difficulty level is pretty good too, as someone who doesn't play a rhythm games on the pc, the game presented a good challenge without feeling impossible.
Hailing from the Abyss is an indie rhythm-action title developed by Jiwoo Lee and VIA Studio (Visual Interactive Arts) and published by Next in Game that sets out to merge musical timing, stylized combat, and introspective storytelling into a single, tightly focused experience. This creates a dynamic flow that feels more reactive than traditional rhythm games, as players must not only fo…
pretty good
The story, and some of the tracks redeemed this game in my eyes. If you know how to use macros, this game is stupidly easy to cheese. If you don't know, then the end of chapter 3 is going to suck to play, as it just goes from easy to the same as hard no matter what. The tracks are also not properly lined up to the beat, so as a rhythm game, it's a straight failure. That all being said, I loved the story, and some of the songs were dope, so I'm happy with it.
