If you buy the Standard Edition and support this game early, you get heavily penalized down the road. There is absolutely no option for a fair upgrade to the "Hack'n'Dash Ultimate Edition". Koei Tecmo does not use a dynamic Steam bundle that deducts the price of the base game you already own. This means: If you want the remaining content and costumes later, you are either blocked from buying the bundle or forced to buy everything individually for a multiple of the price. In the end, you pay twice – but that is exactly what we have come to expect from this developer. Anyone who experienced the DLC policy of Dead or Alive knows exactly that loyal fans are treated as nothing more than walking wallets here. An absolute insult to the community. Either buy the most expensive edition right away or skip it entirely. No recommendation due to this anti-consumer pricing policy!

I don´t know how anyone can give this a positive vote. There is an issue that many players come across that makes the game run in slow motion. There is no fix for this and the issue exists since release but the devs only care about pumping out a DLC-pipeline. Just avoid and no, better Hardware or tweaking options won´t fix this. Easy refund.

super duper worth it and recommended

I really hope this game's success inspires other game companies to do something similar. I've been complaining for ages that game companies no longer make fun little experiences like this any more. It's a simple, fun, and cheap love letter to the Warriors franchise. The gameplay you know and love slotted into the roguelite genre. Well worth the price for anyone who is a musuo fan.

Perhaps 6 hours of satisfying gameplay before tedium sets in. Not enough variety to last longer than that, but it's fine for the first couple playthroughs!

Extremely addictive.
