Impressive from a small group of students. The animations and effects are good, the music is bumpin, and the graphical style reminds me of Viewtiful Joe. Big fan of the environmental design + 3D models in the game. A very competent beat 'em up made in a short amount of time!

Even for a F2P this game is trash. Many of the achievements don't unlock as they should. The game has two regular moves besides the terrible super. The animations are horrible, i got stuck in enemies over a dozen times in around 20 minutes. Level 3 boss is the icing on the turd. The boss is such bull it's pretty We Todd Did. It's like the bosses in the original Mortal Kombat game from the 90's except this game is trash and won't be talked about even a few days from now, forget years. Absolute garbage, i hope the kids that worked on this game have day jobs as none of them will ever make it in the gaming industry. Thanks for wasting my time, at least i can delete this trash now. How could I put it simply....Perfection? Even such a powerful word, carrying with it such grand implications, cannot truly capture the beauty that this game portrays. Consider the character design; a desolate, bleak mind-scape that befalls our hero: KNOX (The name itself commands respect and communicates clearly this poor actors role in this epic tragedy). Taken from, assumingly, his family and friends and turned into a monster. A creature he never wanted to become, but that he must employ to exact his ruthless revenge on those that dared to functionally enslave the populace of this world. This gives nods to the likes of Wolverine, a man who's purpose is destruction of his enemies, and nothing more complicated than that. References can also be seen to such critically acclaimed titles as those that comprise the Resident Evil franchise. This can clearly be seen in the subtle features of the level design - features painted by the deft hands of the finest artists, rivaling even Picasso. The side-scrolling, a classic technique, creates a sense of closeness not only to the characters on stage (and it is a stage; a dance directed by the muses themselves) but also in the literal sense. …

I don't know how but this game saved my marriage. 10/10
