Hello, your order... is a narrative-driven delivery game with a dark, melancholic Russian atmosphere about a man coping with war through gig work, but players report the writing is poor and the English translation is significantly broken and difficult to follow. The core gameplay of matching food items to orders has minimal interaction options and some broken features, with harsh consequences for mistakes that can force full game restarts, making the experience feel more like a console port awkwardly placed on PC than a game designed for the platform.

Deliver food by matching items to orders, ride buses, and run through city streets with minimal interaction options and some broken gameplay features. The game’s story centers on a young man whose father has gone off to war. With all contact lost, he’s haunted by nightmares and left uncertain about whether his father is even still alive. To cope and stay occupied, he takes up a job as a food delivery guy. Each shift begins with a few new orders. Your task is to drag the correct food items into the delivery bag by matching them with the order. While the game allows you to make mistakes, messing up three orders results in serious consequences: you’ll have to restart the entire game. Although there’s an auto-save feature, it only activates at the end of a shift, meaning a mistake could cost you 30 minutes or more of progress. Mistakes are common because the interface doesn’t show what you’ve already added to the bag, and there's no feedback when you drop an item in. On top of that, some orders may ask for items that don’t exist in the game, like a double cheeseburger or a chicken wrap instead of a chicken roll. I was positive I had the right order and still came with a complaint. …

Hello, your order... is a somewhat dark and depressing Russian slice-of-life narrative driven side scrolling adventure game apparently designed for consoles but launched on PC by mistake. The writing is quite poor, and covers the topic of a man who resorts to doing a gig job, food delivery, to keep his mind occupied while there's a war on. I will say that while this "game" doesn't come up to scratch for what PC gamers expected in 2025, it's at least genuinely and sincerely made and doesn't seem to be a vapid cash grab as so many shovelware games from Russia tend to be. This game has been translated from some other language into English... badly. If this was done through Google Translate, Google Translate should feel ashamed of itself. Regardless, the language in this game is broken and will put off a lot of gamers. There's an overwhelming amount of mediocre Visual Novel/E-book style cutscenes in this game. The developers failed one of the most basic, fundamental requirements of game design.. "Show, don't tell." So you'll spend a huge amount of time not playing the game, but clicking through endless lines of poorly written VN text cutscenes because the developers couldn't w…
