You play as Hypatia, a stranded adventurer in the middle of Hyperborea, the land above the North, or what common people might just call a frozen waste. And by the Gods is it cold! You will have to find your fiance: Semele, before the wastes claim Hyperborea while facing the dangers of the elements.

Игра "Hyperborea" - отличный пример еврогейма с элементами варгейма. Механика развития цивилизации и построения движка увлекает, а асимметричные нации с уникальными технологиями добавляют реиграбельности. Особенно радует возможность строить города на карте, влияя на контроль территорий и ресурсы. Несмотря на кажущуюся сложность правил, после пары партий все становится интуитивно понятно. Однако, стоит отметить, что случайность при вытягивании кубиков может немного раздражать, особенно в начале игры. Тем не менее, "Hyperborea" предлагает глубокий и захватывающий игровой опыт, требующий стратегического планирования и адаптации к ситуации. Хороший выбор для любителей комплексных стратегий. Рекомендую!
