I'm on Observation Duty

Gripping game and very fun/spooky

One of the earliest anomalous hunt games on the market, but still holds up as a fun experience. If you're into the genre, or looking for a cheap entry to see if they're to your liking, I'm on Observation Duty is worth a try.

These anomalies may include new or missing objects, unusual movements, intruders and other unexplained events. Several anomalies cannot be left unreported at the same time, meaning that careful observation and prompt action are essential. The core gameplay is straightforward but reasonably engaging. Progress primarily depends on memorising the layout of each location and identifying changes in the environment. The difficulty is moderate overall, although it varies considerably depending on the anomaly: some changes are immediately noticeable, while others require a thorough knowledge of the original room layout. The fact that the game does not indicate how many anomalies are currently active further enhances the atmosphere, leaving the player uncertain as to whether anything has been overlooked. This is a deceptively challenging little horror game. It's great if you don't want to have to deal with complex controls and just focus on figuring out the anomalies. It's easy to learn, and not too tough to master - it just takes patience, persistence, and a decent memory.

good scares, very entertaining the ambiance is perfect and the sounds definitely put me off, saw it for the first time when markiplier played it, good thing it was a long time ago so I didn´t remember many of the changes

Humble beginnings. I appreciate the balance between silly and scary this anomaly finder series is known for, and the formula never gets stale. My love for this franchise is huge, man !!!
