In Immunica, YOU are the immune system. Pathogens are flooding in. Your health is dropping. Every second counts.
Control the immune system from within. No clicking required. Just move, position, and watch the chaos unfold as your weapons automatically tear through waves of invaders.
Hover over enemies to deal damage. Your cursor is your primary weapon. Meanwhile, missiles lock on, beams fire, drones orbit, and burst pulses detonate around you. Focus on positioning while your arsenal handles the rest.
Chain kills to build your Fever meter. When it fills, unleash devastating power: up to +500% damage across 5 escalating tiers. The more you kill, the stronger you become.
Face 8 pathogen types across multiple tiers. From tiny Prions to massive Helminths, each species brings unique behavior patterns. Every pathogen has 3 evolution levels: Normal, Mutant, and Alpha. Higher tiers mean deadlier enemies and greater rewards.
Between breaches, manage your own research laboratory. Collect pathogen samples from combat and assign them to your scientists. Hire interns, technicians, researchers, and senior scientists. Each has different processing speeds, efficiency rates, and capabilities. Watch your team analyze samples even while you are away. Progress continues offline for up to 8 hours.
Your goal: accumulate enough Vaccine Data to complete the cure.

Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends Immunica, but with caution : [i] Immunica does a lot of things right and is an OK game in its genre. Gameplay is basic, but fun and active. Slow-paced progression and lack in upgrades variety make it feel too grindy, though. [/i] Also noteworthy * 4 skill well organized skill trees, but very repetitive and a lot of pure "number go up" repetitive upgrades. * The research lab adds a small layer of gameplay, as well as a prestige system. * Dev responded to player criticism by rebalancing the entire game (it was nearly impossible to beat at first), which is great. * The game overstays its welcome, endgame felt like an unncessary grind. Game starts to stutter after a few runs. Gets annoying having to restart every 10 mins to play without stutters. Progression also feels slow even with the update, making it feel like I have zero progress. Also whose idea it is to put REVERSE controls into this?1 found this helpful

This game has an interesting concept, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired due to frustrating mechanics and poor design choices. For starters, there is no way to end a run immediately. You either have to play through the entire thing or quit out to the main menu. On top of that, once you actually beat the game, it just kicks you straight back to the main menu instead of letting you continue playing. It feels like a huge letdown when you are invested and just want to keep your run going. Managing the lab is a headache. Once you place stations and shelves, the game does not let you move them. Your only option is to sell lab/prestige to clear everything out. To make matters worse, the placement rules are inconsistent. Somehow, you can place a station next to a shelf, but you cannot place a shelf next to a station. Also, when you buy more than ten researchers, their characters just overlap each other. There is no dedicated counter to tell you how many researchers you own or how many of each type you have, which makes managing them a mess. The pacing and menus also have some glaring issues. Whenever a research task is completed, a popup stays stuck on your screen for ten secon…
