Incremental Dungeon

A delightful romp through a fantasy world, that is not complicated by healing, inventory management, nor excessively large skill trees. As far as Idle RPGs go this one is a little to simple. The pixel are is fairly nice but it lacks a depth other titles have. I t is primarily combat focused. Even that is pretty stripped down.

while the game isnt bad, I beat it a while ago and the achivements were just broken and never unlocked. after trying again they still dont work.

I have to say I am positively surprised by this gem. Its solid backbone for what could be a full-fledged industry staple in the idle genre. For context: With the $5 DLC Phantasm bow, it takes about 10 hours of active play to complete the 190 floors (NOT required for all achievments). Without the DLC, probably closer to 30 hours. If you're just after achievements, good RNG on spawning signature-eligible bosses could have you done in 1/3rd the time. That out of the way, what intrigues me the most is the progression curve. You start out scaling slower than the enemies for ~30 floors, then you r smaller multipliers from the secondary currencies starting building up and by floor 70/80 you really pick up steam. The last 60 floors absolutely flew by (I think they took me less than an hour) as you are almost at parity with enemy scaling. I hope the dev(s) or someone else build on this concept; When you have a game as resource-lite as this, I like to imagine where you could shift the player power to make a more fleshed out gameplay loop; E.G. 5 playable classes (1 for each attribute) instead of 3. Allow all 5 to be active at once, so while 4 are farming you are advancing the one and so…

i think its pretty well balanced. progression seems steady, if anything getting faster seeing as how im at 5 kills for an upgrade. can auto fight and auto loot if you even look at the settings, and inventory is expandable fairly quickly. all stats have explanations when moused over. the honesty at the ending of the story made me laugh. if anything id like more shops becoming available as you progress and/or some kinda subclass upgrades but i still like it
