Incremental Adventures is a free-to-play idle RPG developed and published by Gniller that proves impressive depth does not require flashy graphics or complex storytelling. Built around the core principles of incremental gaming, it offers a progression-focused experience where strategic planning, character growth, and long-term optimization take center stage. While its presentation is simple and largely menu-driven, the game gradually reveals an intricate network of systems that can keep dedicated players engaged for countless hours. The adventure begins with a small group of heroes automatically battling enemies and earning resources. At first, the gameplay appears straightforward, but this simplicity is deceptive. As players advance, new mechanics, upgrades, and progression layers emerge, transforming the experience into a constantly evolving management and optimization challenge. The automated combat system removes the need for repetitive clicking, allowing players to focus on improving their party and making meaningful decisions about advancement. One of the game's strongest qualities is its approach to progression. Every milestone feels like a step toward unlocking another la…1 found this helpful
Incremental Adventures is an incomplete and incapable idle game because the system is too plain and narrow. The whole game play is just several boxes of numbers. The lack of graphics deprives me of the feeling of engagement. I felt like I was waiting for the download to finish instead of playing a game at all. Moreover, it takes quite a time to load the offline progress. The longer you have been offline, the longer the game takes to load when you are online.1 found this helpful
This is genuinely one of the best incremental games I've played. It's literally just a numbers game which is pretty well what I look for in incrementals. It also has some unique mechanics I haven't personally seen before such as prestigeing prestiges and not having all progress lost in prestigeing which is very well nice how they did it. Last thing I'll say is that it is windowed so it is very nice and convenient to go afk with just one monitor.
For a F2P idle game, this is very smooth and balanced. Enjoying it a lot!
good
I mean...its great proof of concept and nice first school project(if thats the case). But mate add some minigames and story for it. It should be fun playing the game and not "not playing the game".
