Great game but its dead like no people extremely fun with a full lobby but its dead unfortunetaly

Good game, very unique but other than that, the community sucks. They are very toxic people that play on here. They will criticize you especially if you are new to the game.

Get some friends to play it together with you and you'll have a time of your life! One of my favourite games so far and all my friends i've reccomended it to liked it as well.

This is one of those cases where I wish steam had an inbetween option for their rating system. Intruder is a fun game that is too niche for it's own good. At the base of it is a Spies v.s. Mercs style shooter with interesting mechanics. The gameplay is solid without a doubt. The main issue with the game is that it's so unknown with so few new players that the majority of the people who play the game are sweatier than EDP trying to run a mile. A new player cannot have fun and enjoy the game when THE John Intruder knows every single route on the map and just handcuffs you every single game. The problem is self feeding at this point. Small but extremely dedicated playerbase means extremely skilled players. Extremely skilled players means new players are thrown into unfair and unfun matches and quickly lose interest. New players losing interest means playerbase remains small. I will say if you have at least 3 buddies and manage to convince them to spend 20 bucks on a game they'll only ever play every now and then, Intruder is very fun in private games. Like I said before the game loop is fun, but it's ruined by being a fresh fish in a sea of sharks.

This feels like something amazing waiting to happen. However this game is infested with fat nerds like myself.
