✦ AI summary
Players appreciate the game's charming aesthetic elements, including the funny goth quotes, knocking coffin animation, and decent soundtrack, making it a decent casual clicker for some. However, most criticize it as a shallow, repetitive clicker that requires 100,000 clicks with minimal gameplay depth or progression, lacking meaningful upgrades or content, and note technical issues like missing sound controls and broken screenshot functionality that make it fall well below genre standards.
fun game would recommend to anyone loved the notes / quotes at the bottom of the screen3 found this helpful
I kinda recommend this game?!? It has: -- "click and number goes up." -- the music is there (and you can turn it off!) -- coffin has its little knocking animation -- just as the background ghosts in the sky move for a little bit of dynamics in the image -- there are some funny "goth" quotes while you play -- the achievements system is decent (it's kinda easy to 100% the game if you use an auto-clicker, but it can be a real challenge without it) The game lacks: -- the ability to turn off the knocking sound (this is a big one for anybody playing it with an auto-clicker in the background) -- more drops (maybe?) -- for some reason, the Steam screenshot feature doesn't work Now, this all means the game is playable, but it is, imho, way below the (sub)genre average. I wouldn't recommend it to you unless you are experimenting and trying drops idler out there. If you are sure, however, this might give you a couple of hours of fun, and one more perfect Steam game in your account. You choose. It's not the worst game of its kind!1 found this helpful

"Knock" is a clicker but not an incrementer (you don't get more stuff or upgrades). But at least it's not one of those Steam Marketplace/NFT scams. Instead it's a kind of jokey "more art than game" ordeal where you have to click 100000 times (use an autoclicker... or just don't bother and watch the ending on a Youtube video). You get some funny text every now and then if you click... but if 100% of the enjoyment of any game can be had by watching a fastforwarded Youtube video, that game is whack. The technical execution of this game is shallow and simplistic, just enough to tick the boxes required to get something (anything) published on Steam, rather than investing the huge amount of effort and budget needed to create a fully fledged, comprehensive, high quality product. This feels like a tech demo more than a full game. The visuals here are almost entirely static images - there's barely any real game graphics to speak of. Rather than creating actual game graphics, the developer has served up a slideshow of still images. That's not a game, it's a presentation, and it's a profound disservice to gamers who came here looking for something actually playable. This was made wit…
