I unironically enjoyed playing this game. I liked how the faces changed and it was super fun. Not the deepest game ever, but it's free and had no ads.
Games dogsh*t. its fine if u wanna relax and do nothing i guess but most the features (especially if your going for achievements) aren't accessible. Games been abandon for a year with no signs of an update that at least allows you to play the rest of the game since it was all event based. Stupid game mechanic leaves most of my failed attempts to be caused by a random match up causing the whole board to explode fruit up out of the tank causing me to lose and start over. Not really fair since you cant really do anything about it, it just happens. Its a fine game for being free but if you want another perfect game on your profile, your best bet is to use SAM since u wont be able to and then your'e stuck with a half finished game on your list. little disappointing is all.
Unfortunately, this game is often too buggy to receive full achievements. The time limited modes are not available and the leaderboard are also not available for the needed steam achievements. If you want a silly game to play this works but if you are a 100% kind of person, I would not recommend.
"Kudamono Party" is a garbage asset flip/ripoff of a game called Suica, made by following a Suica tutorial not unlike this one on Youtube. You can see how no real game development took place here, the "developer" is trying to get famous for ripping off other people's stuff. This is never okay. The graphics aren't great... that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 14 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should …
Honestly, I enjoyed Kudamono Party at first, even though it feels like a lazy knock-off. But one thing made me instantly frustrated: sometimes the fruit flies upward, and the game ends because of it. At first, I could deal with it, but after a few hours, I gave up entirely. Also, the achievements are almost impossible to get! It’s a fun concept, but these issues make it really frustrating in the long run
