[h1] Gameplay / Story [/h1] One day the world as we knew it will no longer be as it was. It is because people destroyed them themselves, through their own actions. The world is now contaminated in every nook and cranny and has become dystopian. Our new home is now in the clouds in a city that is contaminated with radioactivity. But there is hope that the system can be repaired by our hero. The system lies far down in a core. The difficulty lies in getting there first, as we face many dangers in order to reach our goal. I don't want to give away too much of the game's content, but we find a cool setting and interesting characters in the game, all of whom are unique and play their roles well. We accompany the whole thing with appropriate animations and visual effects, which have been very well integrated into the game. Magnus' series of horror and exploration point-and-click games ends here with a visual novel. The change in genre is curious, but make no mistake, Lazarus is one of the best in the series, even though not everything is 100% clear given its symbolic and mysterious nature. It's a hell of a visual novel, with mini-games, a futuristic dystopian world that breaks with what we've seen in previous games, and a abrupt cadence, without pompous texts to embellish it, the events get straight to the point. Lazarus A.D. 2222 So this is the final game of the Magnus-verse game series, I had to say that I didn't see any links between game 1,2,3 but then you understand what's going in on in Lazarus A.D. 2222. It's not a point and click like the previous games it's a Visual Noval kinda Cyberpunk genre which I like a lot I even liked some of the puzzles. Even though I liked the puzzles it would be great to have an option to skip them if done already a first time. A well made VN ! The final game in the Magnus series was far of a puzzle experience than the previous games in the series. I absolutely could not figure things out in any sort of way that allowed me to really get anywhere. Still, if you enjoyed any of the previous games in the series this is worth checking out.1 found this helpful
Simply bizarre and confusing. Poor English, mostly incoherent with interminable boring conversations. Occasional gameplay with unclear goals. Interesting if amateurish art. Feels it should be a free game submitted to a game jam, not a product on Steam.
