Interesting story to say the least. Movement is very jerky and slides around. Combat is lacking. You swing super slow, run out of energy and are dead. When you down a tree or a bush for sticks the items are flung all over the place and the grass is high making it difficult to see or find the items. Food and water go down way too fast. The concept sounded fun, but to me it is not playable as it is even for $5.4 found this helpful
Ļoti laba spēle! Spēlēs stāsts un doma bija ļoti dzidra, skaista un aizkustinoša! Spēle bija ļoti spēlējama un aizraujoša! Iesaku šo spēli spēlēt visiem kuriem patīk souls like, horror, adventure, survival, exploration, walking simulator, horse finding simulator, mining, gathering, cinematic, action, deep thinking tipa spēles!2 found this helpful
I have a lot so buckle up. First of all, I can look past a lot of things. That being said, there are a lot of people out there who can't/don't want to. Nothing negative towards them at all. When I first got in the game, there was no sound whatsoever, and it wasn't on my end. So I figured I would never play again. After the intro, I closed the game then reopened and tada! Sound! Ok, great, yay! Music wasn't bad, effects are eh. Now, I am going to put this game aside because I have a cranky old pc that is very particular about games. She does not like this one. Either that, or the camera motion is actually really bad... I really like the ambience so far, and the story is intriguing, though I don't trust Hades. Now, like I said, I can overlook a lot. That being repeated, the camera motion is choppy and not great (again, could be my pc) sound effects are not great, the horse is um... echo-y. Following Hades drove me nuts because he walks everywhere, and your walk speed is way fast. He waits for you so you can't run ahead (it's like WoW all over again). He randomly runs which is weird. Also, the mc must be trans because she is clearly a woman in the opening scene, but then suddenly has …
For the price, you can't expect much, but the gameplay is way too janky and the hunger/thirst management is too annoying. The story is just a bunch of info-dumps. It could've been just a simple crafting game on a nice looking island, but the unnecessary elements just make it a chore to play.
