About Lux Alliance
Lux Alliance is a synchronized-turns world conquest game, inspired by the classic strategy boardgames RISK, Axis & Allies and Diplomacy. Marshall your troops, collaborate with your allies, anticipate your opponents, and capture all the enemy HQs (or Flags) to win!
Same-Time Turns
No waiting while other players make their moves. Everyone plans their orders at the same time. When planning is finished, all battles are resolved simultaneously. Finish an epic game in half an hour.
Maps of History and Fantasy
Play on historical, geometric, geographic, and fantasy map scenarios. Over 100 maps are available from the built-in Map Manager, including the Roman Empire, Alexander the Great, the World Wars, the American Civil War, and more!
Challenging AI Brains
Single-player computer AIs will give your brain a good workout. Open-source AI SDK available for programmers.
Online Multi-Player

It’s a decent pick for players who want a quick, accessible strategy experience without diving into complex systems—but it lacks the depth or polish to stand out. Gameplay mechanics are straightforward. You control armies, capture territories, and outmaneuver your opponents in turn-based combat. The simultaneous turns make for a faster-paced feel, and there’s some strategic edge in how you allocate your forces. Still, the simplicity means there’s only so much tactical depth. Score: 6/10. Narrative is nearly nonexistent. There’s no story campaign or context beyond basic team setups and maps. This is pure mechanics-driven gameplay. Score: 3/10. Graphics are extremely minimalistic. Simple Risk-like game that use WE-GO turn base. A lot of map to try, worth the price at discount.
