i mean its not terrible but also not worth 5$

Hitboxes ain't great. You could go W to avoid everything. Until you come to an unexpected roadblock and are ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Also no configurable hotkeys :( In current state unplayable
Not recommeded. The game is boring. All house look the same. You have no map availbale. No voice acting. Zombies are always ahead of you, comming from nowhere. Didnt find any way to regain some ammo. A pistol melee attack (bash) kills a zombie immediately lo. Im fan of Dead Island games, but this is not worth the time or money.
