What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise the game's solid foundation, satisfying gore effects, and responsive gunplay that feel better than competitors, with particular appreciation for its zombie round scaling system. However, common complaints center on unfinished features like missing objectives and confusing direction, numerous quality-of-life issues including broken aiming sensitivity after inventory use and camera control problems, poor optimization, and most significantly, the developer's lack of communication and delayed updates that have left players questioning the project's future.
**Decent Indie Game with Great Potential but Missing Objectives** As the game was discounted on my Wishlist, I thought why not try it out and see whether it’s worth buying. It is an average indie game that has a great deal of potential. For its early access phase, the game has quite nice maps and graphics. There are some traps and additional mechanics added which also show great potential. What makes me feel that the game needs improvement is the missing objective or mission. When I first played this game, it felt like a mess and was confusing to figure out what you were supposed to do next. All in all, the game seems good for now but lacks the necessary direction to improve further. I hope that they will work on adding better directions in the future. **Question for the developers:** Are there any plans to introduce more maps, weapons, and content after completing the early access stage?4 found this helpful
So i was looking forward to the updates, which were gonna drop in November, then the date kept getting pushed back, now it's way past mid December and no news from the dev. I will be refunding. It's an ok start, but it is missing some QoL. First off aiming very slowly doesn't register very well. I'm talking about lining up headshots, it doesn't always register if you very finely adjust your aim. (tried on high and low DPI, and on ingame high and low senstivity) Going into the game i can't move my view if i don't open my backpack first, after that it works fine. There is a settings menu but you can only get to it while you go ingame, not from the start menu. Also there is a heartbeat sound constantly playing, might be a bug but it gets annoying after a while. If it was only playing at low health i would understand. Also this game needs music, or more ambient atmosphere. Something like S.t.a.l.k.e.r would fit pretty well i think. Seeing as this game was released on 12th of August 2025 and hasn't received any updates until now makes me a bit worried though, really hope you keep updating this.1 found this helpful
This has to be some kind of money laundering scheme, the game doesn't even allow you to rotate your camera. poorly optimized and i searched around there's no viable fix. do not buy this.
This game has a solid base but needs further updates. Im hoping Futuremore Games sticks with this one and I will be here when those theoretical updates come. The aiming is jank: my sensitivity is dropped after opening inventory. The zombie pathing and sound effects need a lot of work. But with this said, the gore is reactive and satisfying and the shooting is responsive.
Incredible, has such a good feel and is fun. The guns feel good but interesting. The zombie round scaling is incredible and way better than anything cod has done where it feels repetative after 1 hour. Cant wait for the full release
Great game can't wait for more content!!!!!
