About My Hotel: Echoes of the Past

My Hotel: Echoes of the Past! Welcome to the intrigue of the 1950s, where mystery cloaks every corner of My Hotel. Remember - this is a free trial. Ensure you're in the loop by adding the game to your Steam Wishlist for the full, thrilling story.

You've just landed the role of a lifetime: owner of a hotel that's seen better days. It's like stepping into a 1950s adventure movie – the previous owner's mysterious end, a hotel riddled with secrets, and now, it's all yours.

Your quest: to transform this relic into a beacon of style and history. Choose from a range of furnishings that span decades, each with its own story to tell.

But it's not just about the décor. The guests are as varied as they are mysterious, some with quests that will draw you into a tangle of alliances and covert affairs.

Balance these factions carefully to keep your hotel thriving and avoid a fate like your predecessor's. It's a game where adventure meets history, and every decision you make is a part of the legend.

I rarely write reviews but i felt it had to be done. AI slop: as some pointed out alot of the interactions are AI speech poorly done storyline, it takes the fun out as its platonic and linear. Rats: never seen soo many rats and killing the is an issue as they comeback. translation: for french its horrible like press 1 and 2 for first story really ? All in all very disapointed in the game and won't be buying it. It feels the dev may have thought to cut as many corners as possible. It has great potential but it seems half done and botched VERY disapointed2 found this helpful

It's not bad. Not a favorite, but not bad. I would like to note that the rats are very annoying, but the fuzz effect on the screen is even more annoying. It gave me a migraine. There should definitely be an option to turn it off. The bed could also use some reconsideration, I'd like to be able to flip it so the pillow is on the right instead of the left, and place chairs up against the desks and tables. Being able to access the broom outside of the rooms would also be nice, especially for dealing with rats downstairs. By the way, in case anyone is confused where to dispose of rats downstairs, there's a garbage chute in the Laundry Room, you don't have to go upstairs each time. Speaking of going upstairs, there's a typo when entering the elevator. It says "Press 2 to go to First Floor, Press 1 to go to First Floor". If you love this sort of aesthetic, it's not a bad game. A few dents here and there, but it's not bad. Worth playing the demo at least.1 found this helpful
My Hotel: Echoes of the Past Overall Quite a nice interesting prologue seems ok although the achievements does not seem to work worth checking out and to see what the game is going to look like1 found this helpful
Not like any hotels I'd have seen on Airbnb, yet it still looks fancy.
