Mysterious House is the Chuck Norris of mystery games – it doesn't solve puzzles; puzzles solve themselves out of fear. From creaky floorboards that sound like they've been bench-pressing ghosts to doors that open more dramatically than a superhero movie, this game had me snorting with laughter. The graphics are so sharp; I'm pretty sure I cut myself on the pixelated suspense. The plot? Well, it's like a B-movie you'd find at the bottom of a bargain bin, and I mean that in the most endearing way possible. Navigating through the house is like participating in a synchronized dance with ghosts who've had one too many ectoplasmic martinis. The controls are smoother than butter on a hot skillet – you'll be gliding through haunted halls like a figure skater at the ghostly Olympics. Mysterious House is a spooky, kooky, laugh-out-loud joyride that had me questioning if I was playing a game or auditioning for a comedy special. If you enjoy mystery with a side of hilarity, this game is the haunted house of your dreams – and nightmares!28 found this helpful
Logic platformer with logic tasks with all sorts of obstacles and teleports. Closed doors, assistants can open. The main thing is to remember, they are very stupid, so it is worth protecting them.17 found this helpful
The game was impressively challenging with intriguing puzzles. Constant obstacles and the need to protect assistants added complexity. The satisfaction from solving levels was incredible, and the visual design was captivating.17 found this helpful
This Game is to simple and it has a high price to it. No to little content. The Game also gets repulsive fast sadly.. I can't recommend this game sorry. Warning to Steam Achievements Hunters this game does not have 100% ribbon Steam Reward. Avoid at all costs for hunters. If this game ever does add Ribbon Steam reward then i will update this.1 found this helpful
Mysterious House is a compact yet thoughtfully designed indie puzzle platformer that places logic and planning firmly at the center of its experience. Developed and published by ShadowGate Studios, the game presents itself as a straightforward platforming challenge on the surface, but gradually reveals a deeper focus on spatial reasoning and methodical problem-solving. Rather than testing reflexes or precision jumping, it asks players to slow down, observe their surroundings, and carefully consider each move before committing to it, creating an experience that feels more cerebral than kinetic. The core structure of the game revolves around navigating a series of enclosed stages filled with hazards, barriers, and teleporters. Each level functions as a self-contained puzzle, where the goal is clear but the path to reaching it is rarely obvious. Teleporters play a central role, often requiring precise positioning and timing to use effectively, and they quickly become tools that must be mastered rather than simple shortcuts. The game introduces new mechanics gradually, allowing players to learn the logic behind each element before combining them in more demanding ways. This steady esc…
Typical 2D platformer. Game in classic style. Complete tasks, defeat enemies. Everything was done well, I recommend it!
