Night of the Dead

Our team of 3 barely managed the motivation to get through this game. I'd say it fell through at two major parts. 1. The night waves, really just tedious. There's not much incentive to build a defensive base considering kills by defenses give no exp, loot drop from night waves is reduced, and the cost to build / maintain basically eats up your entire day. So you're really just better off spending the day advancing the game and fighting off the horde from the top of a house or something. 2. Survival/Crafting. The only real customization you get to do is put in 'coils' which are elements that when you reach certain thresholds you then have perks such as 10% chance to cause lightning or poison or slow. Crafting isn't something we got to do a lot of since the game really slows down your looting with timers and low loot per object so it takes a while to gather much of anything. Even the mining machines are all "put in fuel and 12 in game hours later you get output." Speaking of which, it was mostly not worth it to use any of the animal traps or mining stuff, costs you almost as much to run them as you get out and you might as well just skip that and spend the resources directly on c…

Yes it’s a really fun game not far into it but recommend it so far

===Wasn't aware of it in early access & no opinion prior to play=== Have you played survival crafting games? Copy/Paste BUT Orcs Must Die with Fallout New Vegas(the atmosphere without the Vegas, also not the branching npc dialogues). Spam as many traps as your resources can provide and survive the night when the horde arrives! Hehehehe :)
