The academy will help you learn all the basics you need to become a proficient hacker in the world of NITE Team 4. Through multiple training certificates, you will be taught real-life cybersecurity techniques and modules including information gathering, port scanning, fingerprinting, exploit research, attack strategy, digital forensics and so much more. The academy is designed to be fun but also accessible even if you have never used a terminal in your life.
The game include 4 main operations fully voice acted. Experience the life of an elite cyber warfare agent in a military task force. Track down suspects on the dark web, infiltrate networks and coordinate drone strikes!
Hourly, daily and weekly world drops let you get various jobs from intelligence agencies around the world. NSA, CIA, GCHQ, CSIS, MSS, GRU… With more than 20 bounties, it’s up to you to decide who you want to help and forge your reputation worldwide to unlock rare and epic bounties.
If you want more challenging missions, each month a set of missions let you blend the game with real-life objectives and resources. Online research, fake websites, cellphones and more in an alternate reality extension of the game.

Great concept, and a really fun game! However, due to the fact that I cannot continue forward in the Dark Sentinel mission because of a known bug since 2018, and I am experiencing it here in 2026 causes me to give a thumbs down. I will just go subscribe to tryhackme and actually do the same thing but earn real experience and certs to put on my resume. Thumbs down for me. Sorry devs.14 found this helpful
Like apparently all games in this genre, it loses its luster pretty fast and you get stuck doing very routine inputs with little variety and trivial investigative work, which in the case of xkeyscore is just more heavily curated automated processes. You will never hit a roadblock until it's something entirely new to you since it wasn't in the tutorial, like rerunning sfuzzer or running IPs through Bing to access more subdomains, or entering information in the password attacker to make it faster/at all possible. A big part of this is you're not allowed to fail or sprawl during your investigative work. You are only ever given relevant information at all times (except this one random bounty mission where you can access every single account for an entire paper). Even if and when you are presented with a roadblock, the answer is always just to kick the door in with a loaded email and wait for some company idiot to open it. Only once do the parameters for the email even matter, and it's all spelled out for you, because it has to be. All in all: Short, linear, style over substance. Also a stacking window manager? Really? fun variety of tools....and you really need to have a modus operandi to get ahead in the game
This is a pretty fun hacker sim. Not overly difficult, and has a great level of immersion. Definitely worth checking out.
