Oh, Bugger!

I got to talk to the developers of this game at an event one time, and played they're game. I decided to go back to this game and check it out again, and I never realized it had achievements and an endless mode and everything. The endless mode its really hard, but really challenging. The amount of tech you can do with all the movement options in the game is really cool, kinda sad the dash is gatekept by gambling tho. Overall I love this game so much, and I would love to see a full game. It would probably do really good.

Oh, Bugger! is a ridiculously fun little shooter, and I liked it almost immediately because it knows exactly what kind of experience it wants to be. I play as a mech pilot sent into a luxury space hotel that has been completely overrun by aliens, and the contrast between the fancy setting and the absolute chaos happening inside it gives the game a lot of personality. The shooting is easily the best part for me. My mech comes equipped with a massive minigun that can transform into a shotgun, and mowing through groups of aliens feels satisfyingly powerful. I enjoyed the constant movement because the enemies do not just stand around waiting to be shot. I have to keep an eye on the different threats around me while trying to clear enough space to keep moving through the hotel. Destroying alien eggs is also an important part of the combat, and I liked how this gives me something else to focus on besides simply killing everything in sight. The different enemy types also help keep the fights interesting because I cannot always approach every encounter in exactly the same way. deep rock galactic but without rocks

It should be illegal that this game is free. Visually it looks incredible, gameplay wise its stupid amount of fun.

I have been thoroughly charmed. Both visually and gameplay wise. Very short, but at a reasonable 1.4gigapites, its an easy recommendation... or it would be if it wasn't for the performance. This game looks grate, I'd compare it to borderlands in some ways. But there is no excuse for how expensively the game runs. Any game worth its salt can run on the PS3: if you want photo realism, PS4; RTX, PS5. This is not PS3 verified, and I doubt even the PS5's quiet cooling selling point will stay quiet when you insert this bad boy into the right hole. Really that's my only problem with the product, but its such a big concern that I don't want to risk another's hardware or energy bill by recommending it as is. Awards: {Your Goose is cooked}
