One More Night (2024)

Literal es 100% trippy las waifus carrean todo pero nada más que eso...

tried playing, but...where's the game? there's an empty zone to walk around in, a boss monster to fight . . . and that seems to be it. Mildly amusing to see assets from other games in a different environment; the spider boss was fun since I'm used to seeing it in an isometric game. But Overall probably the most low-effort asset dump I've ever attempted to play.

Controller support isnt good. Running with your analog bugs out so that it also keeps moving your camera

One More Night is a strange game because it feels like it is trying to combine several different ideas into one big fantasy adventure. I play in a third person open world where I can explore a ruined fantasy setting, fight enemies and work towards uncovering what happened to the world around me. It is also built around character creation and progression, so I am not just following a fixed character through the story. I can shape my character and gradually make them stronger as I explore. The combat is probably the part I enjoyed most. It mixes Souls style ideas with hack and slash combat, so fights are based around movement, attacks and trying not to get overwhelmed. I liked the faster pace compared with a slower Souls style game, especially when there are several enemies around me. The combat is not perfect and it can feel a little rough around the edges, but there is enough there to make exploring dangerous areas feel worthwhile. The open world gives me quite a lot of freedom. I can travel around different environments, take on quests and discover things without having every activity forced directly in front of me. Well.. first of when I launched like last year I quickly deleted it due to there being 0 volume settings. I launched it today seeing there was a new major update to finally give the game a go to find the dlc..... is $35. I was going to give it a try but seeing that the dlc is $35.... I'm just not going to play.
